The Corporate Planning Staff will support the President Director by delivering essential input on corporate planning, overseeing administrative processes, and ensuring operational goals align with company strategy.
This role will facilitate the effective management of cross-functional initiatives, streamline operations, and drive corporate alignment, making it ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in corporate planning, operational analysis, and strategic oversight.
Responsibilities
- Oversee core administrative tasks
- Prepare and provide regular reports
- Ensure operational improvement align with the company's objectives
- Collaborate with department leaders to support continuous improvement projects
- Act as a bridge between the PD and other departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Having experience in corporate planning or production support within a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Specific Skills
- Project management
- Data analysis
- ERP systems (experience with Odoo is beneficial)
- Production metrics and strategic planning processes within manufacturing
